Clinton enjoys providing environmental assessment, planning and management services to a range of clients, complementing Artefact’s highly regarded and experienced multi-disciplined heritage and interpretation team. 

We offer environmental opportunities and constraints review for project planning and development, environmental assessment, post approval permitting, and environmental management with the values driven approach Artefact are known for. 

Clinton has 25 years practical experience and knowledge in environmental assessment, planning and management, which began with environmental education and regulation. This stems from his mechanical tradesperson career beginning.

Clinton is a member of the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand (EIANZ), which keeps him up-to-date with the latest policy updates and discussions on environmental issues.

    • Bachelor of Applied Science with major studies in environmental management and tourism with Credit; University of Western Sydney (UWS) (1998-2000) 

    • ISO 14001 Certified Lead Auditor (2023) 

    • Fitter and Machinist Tradesperson Certificate
