As the Director, Operations and Process at Artefact my role is to ensure that the business runs seamlessly and that the team are enabled with optimal technology and processes to deliver high quality services to our clients. My responsibilities include overseeing the finance, IT, risk and compliance and office management functions. The primary objective is to drive operational efficiencies and continual improvement that are focused on enhanced client outcomes.
Born in New Caledonia and having lived in numerous countries across the globe, I have a strong appreciation for history and culture, and its importance now and into the future. Since completing my degree in accounting and management, I have worked in a range of industries, championing change and technology innovation to deliver systems and process improvements that drive sustainable performance gains. My interest in driving efficiencies has led me to study and apply Lean Six Sigma practices to implement process improvements. Outside of work I enjoy spending quality time with my family and sharing my French culture and language with them. I also enjoy volunteering with the NSW State Emergency Service, where I get to apply my operational skills and support my community.
