SANDRA WALLACE, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Artefact was established in 2010 by Dr Sandra Wallace, who remains the company’s Managing Director.
What ever your heritage project we are here to assist. Country or city, desktop or fieldwork, we’ve covered most of New South Wales and ACT. Our advice and services are customised to offer the best guidance on how you can proceed, whatever your project type. We consult right across the scale from neighbourhood architectural practices to multinational developers. But don't take our word for it! Check out our testimonials from our clients.
PRE-QUALIFIED PANEL EXPERTISE
Many of our major clients have turned to pre-qualified panels as a means to rapidly select the most qualified consultants to tender for key projects. Our membership of a diverse range of these panels confirms that we have been vetted and approved by local councils and State Government agencies for heritage and archaeology work across New South Wales.
Major projects for NSW Government agencies, for instance, entail large-scale and long-term works that require full prequalification (up to $1.5 million) under the Performance & Management Services Scheme. In order to reach this level of pre-qualification, Artefact had to provide numerous examples and references to confirm that we have effectively delivered six-figure projects on time and on budget. Our membership of this State Government-wide panel therefore also offers assurance for all of our clients, especially when the stakes are high.
We continue to proactively target new panels across the state, and welcome invitations to apply for your pre-qualification process.
Confirming Artefact’s versatility and capabilities, we are proud to belong to the following pre-qualification panels:
