I am a positive and self-motivated individual with a diverse experience working in sales, account management and administrative roles in the business-to-business environment. I specialise in helping companies find and adapt to positive and professional solutions to improve efficiency within their business. My real strength is my ability to foster long term relationships and I believe in the power of a collaborative working environment and consensus building to achieve solutions.
As the Office Manager at Artefact, my role is to inspire new and better ways to work and learn and at the same time have fun. I always believe in the power of fun working environments, so people are allowed to be themselves and do more. My main responsibility is to ensure there is compliance in managing the various functions in the office, streamline business processes and most importantly enable the team with all the workplace essentials for them to be able to do their job so they can delight our clients with excellent service.
I was born and bred in the beautiful island of Samoa, a place with pristine beauty, abundant in culture and archaeological history. I spend most of my life offshore at university where I studied a Bachelor of Science – Information Systems at Brigham Young University – Hawaii. Post university, I started my professional career in New Zealand, the land of natural landscapes, untamed wilderness and rich in culture. I started with customer relations and then I naturally leaned towards sales in business consulting and account management. New Zealand was my home for 17 years and will always have a special place in my heart. In the last 3 years my family and I moved to this most gorgeous side of the world, spoilt with the best harbour view of Sydney, and experiencing the beautiful diverse cultures here in Australia. My professional journey has been where I experienced that to achieve solutions is to work collaboratively and find a point of agreement.
My artefact is my car key. I oversee where I want to go and where I want to be. I am in the driver’s seat of my journey, and I am the master of my own destination.
