OUTREACH
 CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The Artefact team are keen to do our bit for the wider heritage and environmental planning sector, whether that is hosting a student intern, training early career archaeologists, or sponsoring or organising conferences.

Our team also actively support many community and not-for profit organisations.

A POSITIVE IMPACT ON
COMMUNITY

As a values-based company that provides heritage and environmental services, Artefact is driven by positive social change.

In particular, we seek better outcomes and recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People.

Artefact is actively involved in a range of movements, charities and social change organisations and wherever possible seeks to engage suppliers and service providers that share our vision for a more inclusive and respectful society.

PURPOSE DRIVEN

HANDING IT BACK

ABORIGINAL CULTURAL HERITAGE OFFICERS

At Artefact we believe that Aboriginal people are best placed to manage their own heritage.

That’s why we’ve created the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Officer program and employ Aboriginal people in specialist positions.

We want to foster the next generation of First Nations heritage experts through this program of employment, training and mentoring.
